Chocolate chips and caramel candy combination is a heavenly combination that anyone can't stop their salivating. It's very easy to cook and can be prepare in some minutes. So anybody can try it. History:
In 1912, in a copper kettle at the Standard Candy Company at Clark & First Avenue in Nashville, TN, the world's first ever combination candy bar was invented. A roundish mound of caramel, marshmallow nougat, fresh roasted peanuts and real milk chocolate.And its renegade shape was more difficult to wrap than the conventional rectangular or square shapes of the day. More importantly, this was the first time multiple elements were being mass-produced in a retail confection.
Ingredients:
1. One cup toasted pecans(You can toast it in the oven or in the skillet).
2. 30 individually wrapped caramel candies.
3. One cup bittersweet chocolate chips.
4. 3tbps cream at room temperature.
Total time required:
25 minutes + Chilling.

Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350.
2. Generously spray a muffin tin with cooking spray and cover the bottom of each cup with pecans.You may not use all of them.But it always better to have extra toasted pecans.collage
3. Cut each caramels into quarters and place about 6 in each cup on top of the pecans.
4. Bake at 350 for about 8 to 10 minutes until caramels just starts to bubble.
5. Remove from oven and refrigerate for about 5 minutes
6. While the caramels are cooling heat the chocolate chips and cream over a double boiler and stirring until smooth.
7. Gently remove the nut cluster from the muffin tin(They could just fall out,but you can use fork to help them them if needed).
8. Drop them into the chocolate and coat,then remove with a fork and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment.Refrigerate until ready to eat.
9. Touch of sea salt on caramel right before they enrobed in the chocolate make it more testy,more heavenly..
